Common questions
Do you work with our existing equipment?
Where it is sound, yes. We survey what is installed, tell you plainly what is worth keeping, and quote for the rest. Replacing everything is rarely the cheapest answer.
Do you do the cabling as well as the design?
Yes. Structured cabling is planned, installed, labelled and certified by us, and you get the test results and a record of what went where.
Can you look after the network afterwards?
Yes. We can monitor and manage it for you, or hand it over documented and leave you to run it. Both are normal.
How long does a fit-out take?
A small office is usually a few days on site. Larger buildings are phased so that people can keep working. You get the dates before we start, not after.
Do you cover sites outside Port Louis?
Yes. We work across Mauritius, and any travel is quoted up front rather than added to the invoice later.
