Server questions
What does “managed” include?
Provisioning, operating system and stack updates, security hardening, monitoring, backups and 24/7 incident response. You keep control through the Control Panel and SSH; we keep the platform underneath it healthy.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. A tier change is a resource change on the same platform, so nothing migrates and nothing needs reconfiguring. Tell support the tier you want and it is applied.
How many websites can I run on one server?
As many as the resources support. There is no artificial cap on sites, databases, mailboxes or FTP accounts on any tier.
Where are the servers located?
London, Dallas and Singapore, with CDN edge caching on six continents. Support and account management are handled by our team in Mauritius.
