What “definitive” means to us
It means the answer is not “it depends on your provider”. When something breaks, one company owns it: the platform, the migration, the invoice and the phone call.
Definitive Concept builds websites and business systems for Mauritian organisations. Hosting them somewhere we could not stand behind never sat well, so we built the infrastructure side of the business to the same standard as the work it carries.
The result is a platform with international reach — hosting locations in London, Dallas and Singapore, CDN edge caching on six continents — invoiced in Mauritian Rupees, with VAT, by a company you can visit.
